Google For Education Unveils Two New Chromebooks

With the new Chromebooks, each student can have separate profile and access.

 

Google for Education has recently unveiled two new Chromebooks - one by Acer and another by Asus, that are designed keeping students in mind.

Along with this, both these new Chromebooks come with real pencil-type stylus by Wacom, that come attached with an eraser. These erasers help users to correct digital mistakes. Additionally, the new Chromebooks come with different access and profiles to different students, making it a perfect system for classroom-use.

Adding further, the Acer Chromebook Spin 11 is said to come with a 11 inch HD IPS touchscreen display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protecting it from scratches and with a 360 degree dual-torque hinge to avoid wobbling. Additionally, the Chromebook also comes with a MIL-STD 810G US military standard rating, which clearly means that the device is pretty much durable.

Having said this, the Acer Chromebook Spin 11 comes in two variants: one with dual core (N3350) Intel Celeron chipset and 32 GB flash storage, and another variant comes with quad core (N3450) Intel Celeron chipset and 64 GB of internal storage. The Chromebook may sport a RAM of up to 8 GB.

Along with this, the Chromebook also features two USB Type C ports, Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi, microSD Card reader, and two USB 3.0 ports as well.

With that note, we still have no much information about the Asus C213 Chromebook, though we expect it to come with a 2 in 1 design, USB Type C, and Google Play Store out of the box, according to Gadgets 360.
