Meizu May Unveil M5s On Jan 27

The press invite for a Meizu event on Jan 27 are being sent out by the company.

 

Meizu seems to be all set to launch a new smartphone, and this came to light with an alleged press invite being shared on a Chinese Weibo account. The press invite for the company’s upcoming Jan 27th press event, and rumours suggest that the Meizu M5s smartphone may be launched in the event, reports playfuldroid.com.

To recall, the rumoured smartphone M5s was earlier spotted on TENAA after being certified, and it now looks like the company is set to deliver the smartphone to shelves any time.

In-fact, the smartphone was even spotted on Geekbench which revealed the key specifications as well. Accordingly, we expect a 5.2 inch HD display to be incorporated into the smartphone, while a 3 GB or 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB or 64 GB of ROM and a 2,930 mAh battery powering up the device under the hood.

The listing also claims that the smartphone would be launched with a 13 MP primary camera and 5 MP front facing camera while Android 6.0 Marshmallow may be running on the smartphone out of the box.
