ICICI Launches EazyPay Mobile App To Transact Digitally

The smartphone app allows users to pay through multiple digital modes of making payments.

 

ICICI Bank has recently launched a new app dubbed as ‘EazyPay’ that allows merchants, retailers and professionals to transact using their smartphones from a number of methods. Interestingly, people can also accept payments directly on their smartphones itself with this app.

The app is completely based on Unified Payment Interface (UPI) and thus allows users to make payments through credit/debit cards, online banking, and the bank’s very own digital wallet ‘Pockets’, according to a recent statement by ICICI.

However, to download the EazyPay, an user should have a current account with ICICI Bank, though it is being said that non-ICICI Bank customers can also use the app. You can download the app on Android as of now, and soon it is announced that the app will be available on iOS as well.

According to the description given on Play Store, the app allows you to even raise invoice and send across to your customers and collect money from them immediately through their smartphones itself.
