Xiaomi Launches Yeelight LED Lamp With IP60 Dust Resistance

The new smart LED lamp comes with around 25,000 hours of life, while it can adjust cold and warm colours automatically.

 

Chinese technology company Xiaomi has recently announced the launch of a new smart home product, the Yeelight LED Lamp. Launched on its crowdfunding platform, the new Yeelight LED Lamp comes with a price tag of RMB 349. This translates to around INR 3,400 in India.

This new LED Lamp is a ceiling lamp which comes in white color, and is claimed by GizmoChina to have equipped with 240 color rendering index of up to 95 Lumileds/OSRAM LED lamp beads.

Interestingly, this new LED light comes wih IP60 certifications, thereby protecting it from dust in your home. The lamp also gives power up to 28W and according to the company’s announcement, the life expectancy is somewhere around 25,000 hours.

GizmoChina also reports that the Yeelight LED ceiling lamp comes with 3-way dimming with full brightness of up to 2,000 lumens. It is also being said that the lamp can adjust cold and warm colors automatically.

Also, the LED lamp comes with a moonlight mode that, according to GizmoChina, looks just like the moon.

Apart from this, users can download the app to control the LED lamp via smartphones, while a separate Bluetooth remote control can also be purchased additionally.
