Motorola Launches New Mods For Moto Z Smartphones

Mophie Juice Pack provides almost 60 per cent of extra battery life and Incipio mod allows users to dock their Moto Z in to the car’s AC vent.

 

The launch of Moto Z smartphones along with Moto Mods this year brought in quite a good amount of attention to the Lenovo owned company, Motorola.

While the company has until now launched a couple of mods, such as, Incipio offGRID Power Pack, JBL Soundboost, InstaShare Projector, and Hasselblad True Zoom, recently Moto Z users have gone more lucky with two more new launches - Mophie Juice Pack and Incipio Car Dock.

While the Mophie Juice Pack mod comes at around USD 79.99, which is roughly around INR 5,500, the Incipio’s Car Dock is priced at USD 64.99. This translates to around INR 4,500 in India.

The Mophie Juice Pack mod comes with a 3,000 mAh battery which is expected to extend the battery life of the Moto Z smartphone by at least 60 per cent. Users also get a status indicator light and USB Type C port.

On the other hand, Incipio CarDock mod allows users to mount their Moto Z smartphone in the car while at the same time, charge the device and connect it to the audio system via 3.5 mm audio jack. The dock can be clipped into the AC vent in the car. Interestingly, the dock automatically launches Android Auto as soon as the phone is docked.

While these two mods have been launched now, the company has not yet revealed the official date for the sale.
