Gionee May Soon Launch A Smartphone With Dual-Curved Display

The smartphone is also expected to come with a 6 GB RAM and a 7,000 mAh battery, which is definitely massive.

 

While many smartphone company have recently started rolling out smartphones with dual-curved displays, Gionee seemed to prefer to stay out of it. However, a recent listing on TENAA showcases a new smartphone by Gionee which is expected to come with the dual-curved display technology.

The photographs that have surfaced online recently on TENAA clearly displays the dual-curved display, and interestingly, BGR reports that, these photos are in line with those images that were recently leaked online by Gizmohina.

Speaking about the design of the new smartphone that comes with a code number M2017, we can observe a leather back with a little metal frame near the camera module, where we can see a Gionee logo.

By observing the camera module, we can say that the smartphone may come with a dual camera setup, while a physical home button takes its place in the front panel. Also, the power button and volume rocker can be found on the right hand side.

And now, speaking about its specifications as per the listing on TENAA, we can expect a 5.7 inch AMOLED display, 1.95 GHz octal core processor, 6 GB RAM, and 128 GB ROM.

On the other hand, the smartphone ’s dual camera setup may include a 12 MP and 13 MP sensor setup, while an 8 MP sensor may take care of selfie images. Another highlight we can find out in the listing is that, the smartphone may come with a whopping 7,000 mAh battery which is expected to offer at least 23 days of battery life.
