Google Play Store Allows Indian Users To Pay Through Net Banking
It seems that nearly 30 banks have been partnered with to provide this facility to ease the process of payments of apps for Indian Android users.
It looks like Android users in India can now purchase apps from the Google Play Store even if they do not have a debit/credit card. Yes, Google has recently rolled out Net-banking as a payment method in India, which was first spotted by Android Police.
To refresh your minds, earlier users had options to either pay through debit or credit cards and Play Store gift cards. However, now, it seems that Google has partnered with around 30 banks to facilitate Net-banking payment option, which is expected to make purchasing apps, books, music, and movies very easy for the Indian users.

Having said this, Google now allows Ideas users to purchase apps or pay for other services over Google Play Store directly through their postpaid account and prepaid balance.
