Seagate Announces 512 GB SSD Game Drive For Xbox One

The portable drive can store up to 15 AAA titles including Gears of War 4 and Forza Horizon 3.

 

Microsoft's Xbox One 1 TB edition currently sells for Rs 37,000 on Flipkart. However, if you were among the early adaptors who had to make do with a 512 GB version, here's a must have add-on for you. Storage solutions company, Seagate has announced an SSD (Solid State Drive) Game Drive for Xbox SSD.

Seagate claims that the SSD offers swift boot time and is portable enough not to become an eyesore. The storage drive can load at least 15 of Xbox One AAA titles including exclusives hits such as Forza Horizon 3 and Gears Of War 4.

 
Seagate Game Drive is an Xbox licenced product and barely requires a setting up. To complement the Xbox One, Seagate's Game Drive sports a black and green colour scheme. For durability, it is made of quality aluminium.

 
The Seagate Game Drive for Xbox SSD will retail for $200, which roughly translates to Rs 13,500. In the US, it will be available via Amazon, GameStop, and brick-and-mortar shops. As of this writing, there's no word on its global release.
