Asus Launches ZenFone 3, ZenBook 3 And Transformer Pro In India

Smartphones will be available for purchase from September, while the ZenBook 3 and Transformer 3 Pro will be available from October 2016.

 

Asus has announced the availability of a couple of new products including ZenFone 3, ZenBook 3, and Transformer 3 Pro in India, during the Zenvolution press event, making India one of the first countries to have access to the stunning new line-up of smartphones.

"The highly anticipated ZenFone 3 Series has become a global sensation after its debut at Computex this year. The range reflects the ASUS design philosophy and combines all the elements that users look for in a smartphone," said Asus CEO Jerry Shen. He also added, "We are ecstatic to introduce the ZenFone 3 Series, which redefines luxury with superior performance and design, to consumers in India, one of our priority markets globally."

Speaking about the available of these newly launched devices in India, ZenFone 3 is said to go live for sale starting Aug 17, at a price tag of INR 21,999, which makes the Snapdeal's leak, pretty accurate. It will also be available at all leading retail stores across India before the end of August 2016.

ZenFone 3 Deluxe, ZenFone 3 Ultra and ZenFone 3 Laser will be available from September 2016 across all major e-commerce sites like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Paytm, ShopClues, Tata CLiQ and leading retail stores and Asus Exclusive Stores across India, with price tags of INR 49,999 for both Deluxe and Ultra variant, and INR 18,999 for Laser variant.

ZenBook 3 and Transformer 3 Pro will be available from October 2016 onwards across all major e-commerce sites like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal and all Asus Exclusive Stores & leading retail stores across India with price tags of INR 1,47,990 and INR 1,44,990 respectively.
