Housing.com Introduces Personalised Search For Home Buyers
My Search’ and ‘Multi Locality’ intelligent search features to provide better search experience.
Housing.com, India’s most innovative and trusted real estate platform, has introduced intelligent search features such as ‘My Search’ and ‘Multi Locality’ intelligent search features, which provide an enhanced home buying experience to the consumers. The ‘My Search’ feature will provide a guided search experience to the home-seekers and customise the end results as per their desired specifications.
‘Multi Locality’ feature, on the other hand, will enable the home buyers to search and compare listings across multiple locations at the same time in a particular city.
“Our vision has always been to build a convenient platform that consumers can trust to buy and sell homes. The enhanced search process will ease the rigorous task of searching through the plethora of projects by guiding the home buyers at every step and providing them with options to further narrow down their search as per desired specifications. We are very ambitious and optimistic about the experience consumers will have during their search on Housing.com. A simple product enhancement, where we suggest consumers to add other nearby and similar localities to their search will add lot of value. Additionally, it will help us dive deeper into understanding the homebuyer’s needs and continue innovating our solutions,” said Snehil Buxy, Chief Product Officer, Housing.com.
How does the Personalised Search Process work?
When home seekers visit Housing.com, ‘My Search’ will take them to a new screen altogether where one can search based on a locality, landmark, featured developer or a project. Home seekers can also put in all the requirements regarding BHK, Price and other filters as a one-time effort. The company plans to help consumers at every step of their buying journey by providing them information relevant to their input.
Additionally, this feature will also guide home-seekers by providing them information including trends/data about particular localities, developers, projects, and help them make the right choice further refining their search.
Home seekers can also compare listings across multiple localities at the same time for a particular city using the ‘Multi-locality’ feature.
