Lenovo To Launch Vibe K5 Today (June 13)

The smartphone is the younger brother of the Vibe K5 Plus which featured a 1080p display.

 

Lenovo has recently announced the launch of its upcoming smartphone dubbed as the Vibe K5 in India, happening today, i.e, June 13. As far as the availability of the device is concerned, the company has announced that the smartphone will be an Amazon exclusive, at least for now.

The Vibe K5 comes with a 5 inch 720p display screen, while powered with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 415, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage.

On the camera department, the smartphone equips a 13 MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera, a pretty sufficient specification for normal photography purposes.

The Vibe K5 also sports stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, metal body, TheaterMax, dual SIM compatibility, and a 2,750 mAh battery.

The smartphone's features are pretty similar to the Vibe K5 Plus which has a 1080p display and Snapdragon 616 processor. We will have to wait and watch to see how the device will perform in the market.

Regarding the smartphone's price, though the company has not yet announced any numbers, we expect it to be pretty much around INR 7,000. However, we can confirm only after the release.
