Apple Rolls Out New Version Of iTunes
The company has rolled out the new version after users experienced sudden deletion of their music files for a while.
It has been just a couple of days since we wrote about songs getting deleted from users' iTunes account. And now, the Cupertino giant has rolled out a new version of iTunes to resolve the issue.
Also, the new version of iTunes brings with it a new design and modified navigation, and what not - the left sidebar is back again!
Interestingly, Apple has not actually been able to recreate the music deletion error while testing internally, and thus the company is not much clear as to how to fix the problem.
Along with this, Apple has not yet released any documentation regarding the quick fix, however, if you lose any file during the iTunes upgrade, Apple will be guiding you.
That said, we hope the new iTunes upgrade which includes additional safeguard actually fixes the problem and no further music deletion errors occur in future. However, if the problem persists, we would recommend you to get in touch with Apple Care.
