Viv Seems To Be Far Intelligent Than Siri
The creators of Siri recently demonstrated Viv, the latest new-gen digital assistant which may replace Siri pretty soon.
Siri is quite popular among iPhone users. But, after all these years, it's still in the basic form. We also know that Siri is not that compatible with third-part services.
The creators of Siri have finally unveiled Viv which is reportedly the upscaled version of Siri, or in simple terms, the next-gen digital assistant for the iPhone users. Wow!
Accoridng to a recent report on Engadget, Siri co-founder and CEO Dag Kittlaus has assured during a demonstration that Viv will actually allow people to breathe life into the inanimate objects and devices. This means that, with Viv in your hand, you would be able to converse with the Internet of Things.
This simply means that Viv would be in a position to answer your questions much better and crispier than Siri would.
According to the Engadget report again, Kittlaus asked Viv if it would be warmer than 70 degrees near the Golden Gate Bridge, after 5 PM and Viv pulled out the exact hourly weather forecast. But, when the same question was asked to Siri, she unfortunately pulled out the daily forecast for the whole week.
However, as of now, Viv doesn't seem to have a virtual voice, unlike Siri. She (Siri) was a charm in that sense! But, Kittlaus's team is working on the voice, according to the report.
During the demonstrated, Kittlaus was able to use Viv to book a cab and a hotrl room. These things are definitely far ahead than what Siri was able to do.
