Huawei Launches Honor 5C In China
The smartphone comes with a 5.2 inch display screen and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Huawei has recently launched its new budget smartphone, dubbed as the Honor 5C in China.
The smartphone is powered by the company's very own HiSilicon Kirin 650 processor, coupled with 2 GB RAM, and 16 GB internal storage. The display screen is of 5.2 inches and the samrtphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The smartphone sports a 13 MP rear camera along with an 8 MP front-facing shooter. The battery is of 3,000 mAh capacity and it is non-removable.
Coming to the pricing of the device, we still are unaware of the Indian price tag and also its availability in India. However, the smartphone is expected to come at somewhere around $139 for the 3G only model. If you would want a 4G supporting model, the price tag would increase by over $15. That's approximately under Rs 10,000 smartphone when it is officially launched in India.
Keeping in mind the specifications and the price tag, this smartphone may be as good as the Honor 5X, apart from the 5.5 inch display screen. But, 5.2 inch might not be that bad too. We'll have to wait until we get official announcements from Huawei.
