The Galaxy J7 (2016) is Samsung's mid-range handset that costs Rs 15,990. The phone features a metal frame, but the body is mostly made plastic. Samsung hasn't tried anything new in terms of design.

The J7 (2016) is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 7870 chipset. It has 2 GB RAM, 16 GB onboard, and a microSD card slot. The phone has a 13-megapixel camera. For low-light selfies, the front-facing 5-megapixel camera is coupled with an LED flash. Other features include 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, A-GPS, and 3300 mAh battery.
