The Jive is a set of two speakers that are completely wireless. You can use one of these speakers individually or pair them together to set up a left and right channel. The speaker units connect to each wirelessly as you switch them on. Then, just like any Bluetooth speaker, you have to hook up the system with your phone using Bluetooth. You can switch between the solo and dual channel mode by pressing the play button for two seconds.

 

 

The box-shaped speakers sport a neat design. It is a pleasant break from Zebronics' usual garish styling. The black matte finish is another subtle element. Zebronics has cleverly mixed sharp lines with curved corners. The rim around the cone grille adds some character to the speaker. Overall, the speakers are pleasant to look at.

 

 

The speakers sport basic controls such as Play/Pause and Volume. There's a microSD slot for charging. It also comes with a 3.5 mm audio in jack. Each speaker contains rechargeable batteries. On a single charge, it holds enough juice to let you play music for around 6 hours over Bluetooth. You can expect longer battery life with AUX connection.

 

 

The Zebronics Jive 2.0 bookshelf wireless speakers are pegged at Rs 4,500. That's a quite good pricing for the features and convenience it offers.
