I am a hardcore gadget freak and I keep on juggling between my gadgets every now and then. But, a smartphone is what helps me in the transition of my juggling acts!

I use my smartphone to write stories, practice my music (in case if you didn't know, I am a musician too), edit photographs, Instagram, Vine, and what not - the usual social media portals to help me spread my word. And, my Honor 4X smartphone with 8 GB of internal storage was definitely not doing the job. I wanted the best of the best at a reasonable price.

Spending anything above INR 15,000 on a smartphone is definitely not suggested, at least by me. I was typically looking for a smartphone with flagship features but at budget price point.. may sound a little dreamy.. but that's was what I wanted!

I came across Swipe Elite Plus which is a good smartphone at around INR 6,000, but a 5 inch device is not actually my cup of tea. I still remember.. my days even a couple of weeks ago ended with sleepless nights (I used to search for a better smartphone all night long right).

Alas, I found my dream smartphone.. the Lenovo ZUK Z1 and you already know the specs if you have read our early launch story. The smartphone comes with a whopping 3 GB RAM, 64 GB internal storage, 5.5 inch Full HD IPS Display, 2.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, massive 4,100 mAh Lithium-ion polymer battery with fast charging, fingerprint scanner, 13 MP rear camera and 8 MP selfie camera.

Seriously, what more can you ask for INR 13,499! While many budget smartphones look great just on paper, this ZUK Z1 is truly made for a heavy user like me.

Well, from the day I have bought ZUK Z1, I have been using it almost day and night for various purposes, including heavy gaming. The ZUK Z1 is neatly built and not only comes with premium features, but also looks and feel premium in hand. Oh boy, I am in love with this smartphone.
